Menu Offerings
Please join us as we offer delicious lunch and dinner daily offerings in our comfortable venue. We also continue to offer take out. Our full lunch, dinner, and bar menus have been selectively combined to offer a variety of delicious regional snacks, fresh salads, soup, chili, hearty sandwiches and burgers, and steak and seafood dinners. Daily specials are also available for take-out.

Due to the rising cost of many of our food items, please note that our website menu prices may not be current, and may differ from our in-house menu. We do our best to keep our offerings affordable and suggest that you call for current menu prices.

Our Story
We started our business in 1987 with one goal in mind: to be the best place to go in Northern Michigan for a casual dining experience.
We are known for our quality beef and fresh seafood at affordable prices and our elegant but comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Our lunches attract families, local business people, men and women's clubs and tourists, looking for a great atmosphere with fine foods and fast courteous service. Dinner welcomes an array of guests including families and business people for social gatherings and for special occasions. Lakeside Charlies is well known for its excellent food, friendly atmosphere and warm, courteous service.

Seating is offered in one of our two dining rooms overlooking the shore of Lake Mitchell, or in Crabby Charlies lounge for sports entertainment of all the big games viewable from every seat. ​Weather permitting, many of our guests enjoy seating on our large outdoor patio overlooking beautiful Lake Mitchell and often stunning sunsets.
